She is survived by: her mother Gloria Bernice Neal of McMinnville; her husband Bobby William Smith of McMinnville; her stepfather David Neal of McMinnville; her brothers, Gordon Bass (Mary) of McMinnville and Jerry Bass (Sabrina) of Gordonsville, TN; and her sister-in-law Barbara Jones of McMinnville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
