He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lee and Mary Elizabeth Brown Holt; his sister Lois Nell Dyer; his brothers-in-law, William Dyer and Jerry Lynn Keaton; and his father-in-law Henry B. Keaton.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Lois Holt; his mother-in-law June Keaton; his children, Sandra Annette Holt and Jason Lee Holt (Erika); his brother Martin Holt (Jackie); and his siblings-in-law, Henry B. Keaton, Jr., Beverly Jean Woodlee (Steve) and Sharon Kay Conner (Chuck). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
