She was predeceased by: her father Ray Smith (late Thomas Sutphen). She is survived by: her fiancé Mark James Foreman; her children, Christopher Smith of McMinnville, Alexis Sutphen (Brian McKnight) of McMinnville, Katie Sutphen of Murfreesboro and Hayley Sutphen of Rock Island; her grandchildren, Ethan Watts, River McKnight and Waylon Stoner; and her siblings, Barbara Smith of Silver Point, Jenny Lepes (Keith), Jim Smith Jr. and Bud Smith Jr..
