It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Willene Bottoms of McMinnville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest McBride and Willie Green McBride; and her siblings, Omega Aloi, Christine Needham, Jeri Hillis, Glyen McBride and Richard Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Walker (John "Jay") of McMinnville, Dwight Bottoms (LuAnn) of McMinnville and Johnny Bottoms of McMinnville; her grandson Drew Walker (Vanessa) of Coral Springs, FL; her great grandchildren, Gideon, Grayson, Kingston, Willow and Piper Walker; and her siblings, Joyce Matheny (Sid) of McMinnville and James McBride (Martha) of McMinnville.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Shellsford Cemetery (121 Bottoms Rd, McMinnville, TN 37110).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels or Shellsford Cemetery Fund.
