It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julius Orene Adams of McMinnville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orene Adams and Iris Bain Adams; and his siblings, Bobby "Sonny" Adams, Anna Mae Sharpe, Jewellene Hillis of McMinnville, Lucille Wagner and Dickie Hillis.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Reynolds (Charles) of McMinnville, Randy Adams (Kinnette) of McMinnville, Becky Davenport of McMinnville and Susan Adams of Florida; and his siblings, Bill Adams of Spencer, TN and Deborah Ballew of Bone Cave, TN. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
