She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Martin, and Ella Millraney Martin, Sr.; her former husband Harold Edwin Templeton; her husband P. King (Dick); and her siblings, Willie Mae Martin, Edna Curtis, Jessie Ruth Gillentine, Gladys Walker, Sarah Lorena Hillis, Woodrow and Harold Martin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sammye Jo Templeton and Patsy Carol Templeton; her granddaughter Shelly Powell; her great grandchild Shyenne Davis (Eran); her sister Martha Martin; her sister-in-law Claudia Martin; and her brother Sam Martin, Jr.. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Meals on Wheels or to the Humane Society.
