He is survived by: his children, Michelle Milstead and Johnny Kirt Ware; his grandchildren, Ashley Estes (Cole), Dylan Cunningham, Johnny Ware, Tyler Wayne Ware and Jeffery Smartt, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Tinsley McKinley, Jackson Kirby, Braylea Hall and Wrenley Estes; and his sister Judy McGlothen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
