He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie J. Johnson and Barbara Parsley; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Davenport, Doug Davenport, Patricia Richardson and Donna Eldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Davenport Johnson of McMinnville; his stepchildren, Casey Serrano (Jaime) of McMinnville and Mark Burgess of McMinnville; his granddaughter Victoria Wood (Franklin) of McMinnville; his great grandchildren, Kinsley and Karson Wood of McMinnville; his siblings, Sandra Bullington (Tony), Sherry Goolby (Ricky), Tammy Arceneaux (Robert) of Lebanon, TN and Jerry Johnson of Scottsville, KY; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Judkins, Linda, Gary Cooper, Tommy Davenport and Kenneth Davenport; and his nieces and nephews, Shae Davenport and Josh Davenport.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
