She is survived by: her children, David Winningham, Jr. (Jamie) of McMinnville and Dawn Winningham (Byran Beverly) of McMinnville; her grandchildren, Hunter Winningham, Devlin Wells and Briley Wells; and her siblings, George Thaxton, Jr., Lonnie Thaxton, Mike Thaxton, Connie Seamons-Beard, Frances Jennings, Linda Rymer and Brenda Thaxton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
