He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Whitworth and Odie Whitworth; and his siblings, Carolyn Mayfield and Hubert Lynn Whitworth. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Whitworth of Priceville, AL, Linda Huff (Ronny) of McMinnville and Helen Hale (late Hoyte) of Smithville; his niece Tina Lassiter (late Jeff) of McMinnville; his brother-in-law Waymon A. Mayfield of McMinnville; and his caregiver Sally Barker of McMinnville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
