He is survived by: his wife Hope Jacobus of McMinnville, TN; his sons, Nathan Jacobus of Nebraska and Jay Jacobus of St; and his sisters, Sandy Wilkins of Phoenix, AZ and Nancy Simmons of Tuscon, AZ. He is also survived by four granddaughters.
