He is survived by: his children, Daniel Crouch (Becky) of Shelbyville, TN and Bobbie Dell Crouch Smith of McMinnville; his grandchildren, Megan Elizabeth Faye Smith, Katherine Theresa Dell Smith, Haleigh Danielle Crouch, Mary Allison Crouch, Thomas Dylan Crouch and David Tanner Crouch; and his siblings, Edward Anthony "Tony" Crouch (Sheryl), Sandi Owen of McMinnville, Bonnie Neely of McMinnville and Stephanie Crouch McCormick of McMinnville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
