He was predeceased by: his parents, James Aud, Sr. and Elizabeth Lester Dillon. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sammye McGregor Dillon; his sisters, Alice Cooper and Bettye Koonce; and his daughters, Beth Moore (Tom), Dele Wilcher (Randal), Bonnie Nikolaus (Brent) and Laura Brown (Mike). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
