We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Helen Veninta Jordan Smith of McMinnville, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Helen Veninta Jordan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Helen Veninta Jordan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gilbert Rogers and Mary Rogers; her husbands, Fred Jordan and Truman Smith; and her sisters, Sammy Faye Rogers, Betty Jordan and Barbara Nunley.

She is survived by : her children, Deborah Bouldin of McMinnville and Lamuel Thomas Jordan of McMinnville; and her siblings, Josephine Blakely of McMinnville and Burnell Rogers (Jimmie) of McMinnville. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, June 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110).
