He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene; his parents, Chris Woodlee and Iva Lee Woodlee; his brothers, Ralph Woodlee and Gene Woodlee; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Dye (Wayne Dye) and Tina Burr.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Mailley (Ken) of Murfreesboro and Jeff Woodlee (Tara) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Ryan Mailley (Marissa) of Nashville, Briana Mailley Arnold (Forrest) of Murfreesboro, Gordie Woodlee and Charley Elizabeth Woodlee of Knoxville; his brother Jerry Woodlee (Kathy) of Lake Charles, LA.; his nephew Michael Timothy Woodlee; and also Nina Arnold of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
