She is survived by: her children, Doyle Smith (Kayla) of McMinnville, TN, Jeanie Puffenbarger (Dakota) of McMinnville, TN and David Smith (Sharla) of McMinnville, TN.; her husband Keith Greggor of McMinnville; her grandchildren, Desaray Smith of Alabama, Shawn Judkins of McMinnville, TN, Nicky Smith of Murfreesboro, TN, Dubby Puffenbarger (Haley) of McMinnville, TN, Abby Puffenbarger of McMinnville, TN, Tony "Little Man" Puffenbarger of McMinnville, TN, Ethan Smith Hobbs of McMinnville, TN, Amber Heffington, Jesse Palmer of Skylar Hobbs, J. T and A. J. of McMinnville, TN; her great grandchild Lakelynn Puffenbarger of McMinnville, TN; and her sisters, Cindy Reiver of Morrison Tennessee, Sherry Smith of Salem, Virginia and Jo Shinabery (Friday) of Morrison.
