She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith Madewell and Louella Jane Hargis Madewell; and her siblings, Uvonna Moore, J. B. Madewell, Samantha McKeehan and Jimmy Green.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Martin; her son Lee Matthew; her daughter-in-law Lori Martin; her daughter Danielle Marie; her son-in-law Chris Smith; her siblings, Billy Green (Janie), Elma Marie Sapp, Clarence S. Madewell, Jr. (Renee) and Robert Gene "Bobby" Madewell; and her grandchildren, Jared Lee Martin, Ansley Rhea Martin, Reed Martin Smith and Hawkins Lee Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
