It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doyle Houston Ferrell of McMinnville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Houston and Beulah Irene Sweeney Ferrell; and his brothers, Charles Ferrell and Michael Lynn Ferrell. He is survived by: his son Dwayne Ferrell (David Deaton) of Antioch, TN; his sister Wilma Jean Miller of McMinnville; his aunt Reba Dunlap of McMinnville; his sister-in-law Amanda Ferrell of McMinnville; his niece Bryanna Morgan; and his nephew Jeremiah Ferrell. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the High's Chapel (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital c/o High's.
