He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie McMillan and Ora Irene Mitchell Starkey; and his siblings, Earl, Leonard, Joe, Melvin, Marvin Starkey, Lois Starkey Bailey and Thelma Starkey.
He is survived by: his son Kent; his daughter-in-law Gina Starkey of McMinnville; his daughter Donna; his son-in-law Ronnie Argo of McMinnville; and his sister-in-law Judy Starkey of Lenoir City, TN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother.
