He was predeceased by: his significant other Patricia "Patty" Ann Newby; his daughter Tabitha Ann Newby; and his grandparents, Carroll, Wilma Burnes, Malcolm and Dovie Newby.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Newby and Jeanne Newby; his children, Tera Rhea (Justin) and Brent Newby (Jasmine); his sisters, Cathy Vanatta and Holly Parker (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cayden Newby (Serenity), LakeLynn Newby (Dylan), KeyLe Rhea (Eli), Allie Newby, Jaylee Cox, Makyra Cox and Gabriella Himes; and his great grandchildren, Baylor, Oakley and Briggs. He is also survived by other family members and family friends.
