He was predeceased by: his parents, Eucle Smith and Lillie Mai Jones Wallace; his grandson Matthew Wallace; his siblings, Charles L. Wallace and Eucle Mai Duggin; and his son-in-law E. Lloyd Bouldin.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Bouldin of McMinnville, Celia Womack (Elvis) of Rock Island, TN and David Wallace of McMinnville; his grandchildren, Felicia Locke, Justin Tyler Bouldin, Katie Beth Womack, Ethan Womack, Emily Womack, Sam Wallace and Shanna Wallace; his great grandchildren, Ally Locke, Dylan Locke, Cooper Bouldin, Sawyer Bouldin and Ava Vasser; his sister Jeanne Sain of Manchester, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Wallace of Murfreesboro, TN, Don and Lucy Morgan of McMinnville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
