He is survived by: his parents, Carol Woodward Goodwin of McMinnville and Donnie Prater of McMinnville; his daughters, Audra Gourley (John), Hannah Bibb (Henry), Kirsty Harmon (Taylor) and Morgan Prater; his grandchildren, Lyla, Reed Gourley and Henry Bibb; and his brothers, Neil Prater of Florida and Keith Prater of McMinnville.
