With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Lee Hinkle of McMinnville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 30, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Roy Judd and Willie Shaver Judd; and her siblings, Bob Judd and Bettie Warren (Kirt). She is survived by: her children, John Hinkle (Crystal Lynn), Crystal Kennamer (Lamar) and Tracy Hinkle; her sister-in-law Christine Judd; and her grandchildren, Lesley (Todd), Stacey (Matthew), Sarah (Jason) and Brittany. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McMinnville Funeral Home (117 Underwood Rd, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel (117 Underwood Rd, McMinnville, TN 37110).

“I always loved seeing Brenda come to visit when I was child. She had the sweetest smile. She was the first I ever observed eating tomatoes alongside gravy and biscuits. Yuck was my thought but I dared to try it later in life and it remains a favorite. I don't know how but, she always managed to make grape Kool Aid taste absolutely magical. Fond memories!!”
