She is survived by: her sister Regina Gail Dove; her daughter Vicki Frances Monroe Spivey; her son-in-law Dr. Oscar Smith Spivey Jr.; and her grandchildren, Frances Monroe Spivey of Asheville and Oscar Smith Spivey III (Kav) of Nashville, Tennessee..
