She is survived by: her parents, Gary Whiteaker and Kay Whiteaker; her husband Jeffrey Cagle of McMinnville; her children, Chelsey Northcutt of McMinnville and Chris Bratcher (Sonia) of Manchester, TN; her grandchildren, Hayden Northcutt, Ryleigh Northcutt, Blaiklyn Bratcher and Brynleigh Bratcher; her stepdaughter Victoria Morris; her stepgranddaughters, Ella Morris and Elizabeth Stoutenburg; and her sisters, Traci Stephens (Robert) of Winchester, TN, Terri Whiteaker of Hillsboro, TN and Carrie St John of McMinnville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 8:00 AM. A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110).
