He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lowe and Bessie Lewis Lowe; and his sister Louise Haywood. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Long Lowe of McKenzie; his children, Christy Sweatt (Mathew) of McKenzie, Michael Lowe (Emily) of Gleason and Nicholas Lowe (Candi) of McKenzie; his sisters, Bessie Reeder of Clarksville, Fay Anderson of Hendersonville, Velma Anderson of Lebanon and Connie Haley of McKenzie; and his grandchildren, Alyse, Peyton, Hope-Katherine and Hannah Bess.
