He is survived by: his mother Mary Lewis Bullington of Huntingdon; his wife Bonnie Jean Pate Bullington of McKenzie; his children, Anna Caitlyn Bullington of McKenzie, Makenna Rae Pace (Jess) of McKenzie, Cody Hoffman Bullington of McKenzie and Aaron Cullen Bullington of Nashville; his siblings, Michelle Robinson of Knoxville, Bobby Jack Bullington of Jackson, TN and James Bullington of Knoxville; and his stepmother Virginia Bullington of Knoxville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
