He is survived by: his wife Leslie Holden Lewis; his son Steve Lewis (Christy) of Chattanooga; his sister Sara Elizabeth Lane (Michael) of Watauga, TN; and his grandchildren, Cate Lewis-Sewell (Frank), Mary Madeline Sewell, David Beck Sewell, Sophie Grace Sewell and Finley Jane Sewell.
