He is survived by: his wife Jane Pratt Carrell; his daughters, Van Sadler (Chris) of Clarksburg and Lisa Ellis of McKenzie; his sister Janette Johnson of McKenzie; and his grandchildren, Cory Ellis (Sam), Brittany Shands (Rusty), Courtney Carrell (Kyle Mort), Jacob Sadler, Kenneth Ellis, Bentlee Shands, Brayden Mort, Hunter Shands, Andrew Ellis, Kaylynn Shands, Oliver Mort and Baby Mort.
