She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Charles and Fannie Marie Charles (Baldwin); her husband James Woodson; and her brothers, Bobby Charles, Douglas Charles and Rondal Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Mathews, Jeff Mathews (Kay) of Lascassas, J. J. Woodson (Katie) of Paducah, Zachary Woodson (Alla) of Chicago and Thomas Woodson (Keri) of McKenzie; and her sisters, Patricia Blizzard of Stone Coal and Belva O'Quinn of Bristol, TN.. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
