He is survived by: his wife Stacy Dietz Jewell; his children, Olivia Blevins (Micheal), Victoria Wilson (Corey), Samuel Jewell, Seth Douglas (Megan) and Adam Douglas (Kelly); his grandchildren, Lucas, Carson, Landon, Chloe, Logan, Lincoln, Torbin, Nolan, Layton, Lucy, Sophia and Creedence; and his siblings, Steve Jewell (Georgia) and Lu Ann Hawk (Jewell). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
