We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022, at the age of 81, Ray Glisson of McKenzie, Tennessee, born in Henry, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lee Glisson and Dolly Violet Owens Glisson; his sons, Charles Thomas Glisson and Jason Dean Glisson; and his siblings, Mary Alene Sensing, Helen Marceal Traywick, Lyndol Harold Glisson and Jarrell Dennis Glisson.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Lee Mathis (Barry) of Paris, Joseph A. Glisson (Christina) of Mt. Pleasant, MS and Corey A. Glisson (Krystal) of McKenzie, TN; his sisters, Margaret Marie Nash and Joyce Ann Harrison of Paris; his grandchildren, Joseph Glisson, Jr. (Rachel), Jason Glisson, Sara Mathis, Ella Mathis, Cael Mathis, Belle Glisson and Jana Glisson; and his great grandchildren, Grace Glisson, Lydia Glisson and Erika Glisson.
