He was predeceased by: his parents, Whittley Wells and Emma Pearl Hatter Wells; his children, Patty Wells and Bucky Wells; and his siblings, Mandy Wells, Pearl Bell, Gertrude Wallace, Jim Kinser, Shorty Kinser, Bill Kinser, Henry Kinser, Sam Kinser, Buster Wells and Norman Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Enyart Wells; and his children, Melinda Fisher of Maricopa, AZ, Sharon Russell (Bobby) of McKenzie, Crystal Wells of Greenfield, Hannah Wells of McKenzie and Marion Wells Jr. of McKenzie. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
