He is survived by: his wife Joan Bookout Blaylock of McKenzie; his children, Allen Blaylock of Kenton and Renae Matlock (Tim) of Martin; his sister Mary Frances Bishop of Jackson, Three; his grandsons, Dillon Matlock (Carianna), Logan Matlock (Amber) and Gage Blaylock; and his great grandchildren, Steely, Silas and Miles.
