He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Edward Foster and Bertha Ruth Everette Foster (Bonnie Crocker Foster). He is survived by: his close friend Ellen Bates of McKenzie; his daughters, Tiesia Kay Dowland (Vernon) of Trezevant and Tammy Irby (Chris) of McKenzie; and his sister Bobbie Jean Perritt of Bartlett.
