He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur McCall and Cecil Looney Woodard; and his sisters, Marie Presley and Louise Dunlap. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Woodard of McKenzie; his children, Lisa Kaye Duncan (Tim) of McKenzie and Johnny Wayne Woodard (Milagros) of McKenzie; his siblings, Joann Story of Huntingdon, Jean Winstead (Skinner) of McKenzie, Shirley King (Wendell) of Camden and Eddie Ray Woodard (Sue) of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Cassie Wolski (Bryan), Brandy Nunnery (Justin), Clint Woodard (Monika), Melissa Woodard (Brandon), Clint Chenoweth (Jana) and Chad Chenoweth (Tabitha). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
