He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl C. Cooper and Alma Charlene Cooper (McSwain); and his son Jimmy Carl Cooper, Jr. (Along). He is survived by: his wife Karen Cooper; his siblings, Susan Elaine Burton (Mike) of Germantown and Richard Lynn Cooper (Phyllis Ann) of Bartlett; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Zoey and Lochlan Jerden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and three children.
