He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Matheny Fodge of McKenzie; his children, Jaclyn Dawn Roope (Greg) of Southaven, MS, Phyllis Ann Wilson (Jesse) of Mixie, William Jason Fodge (Lisa) of Big Sandy, Charles Kenneth Davis (Charlene) of Mansfield and Kelvin Joel Davis (Charlotte) of Mixie; and his grandchildren, Gracie Fodge, Nettie Carolyn Garrett (Jessie), Ewell Rex Charles Davis (Jessica), Elizabeth Morgan Overlay, Sabrina Tipton (Van), Johnathan Arnold, Lacey Overlay, Sara Davis and Jeffrey Wilson. He is also survived by twenty five great-grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
