He is survived by: his wife Hazel Washburn of McKenzie; his children, Cathy Bullard (David) of McKenzie, Janice Kay Jester (Kenneth), Diane Ross (David) of Clarksville, Jerry Wayne (Mary Alice) of Gallatin, Michael Fred (Jeanne) of Thomaston, GA and Acie Maynard (Dee) of McKenzie; and his siblings, Louise Moore of Camden, Arlene Davis of McKenzie and Wayford Washburn, Sr. of McKenzie. He is also survived by twenty two grandchildren and twenty three greatgrandchildren.
