She was predeceased by: her father Guadalupe Hernandez; and her brother Rocky Hernandez. She is survived by: her husband Jason Totty; her daughters, Hannah Totty of Martin and Megan Totty of Martin; her mother Linda Hernandez of Martin; and her siblings, Carla Summers (Tommy) of McKenzie, Gracie Clements (Andrew) of Gadson, AL, Lupe Hernandez of Martin, Paul Hernandez of Chicago and Rudy Fuentes (Stephanie) of Chicago.
