He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillrey Dunning and Ramale Dunning; and his brother Jerrell Dunning. He is survived by: his wife Sara Palmer; his daughter Kim Johnsonius (Hoppy) of McKenzie, Tennessee; his grandchildren, J. C. Johnsonius (Lacey), Elizabeth Price (Zach), Olivia Bannon (Keenan) and Katy Johnsonius; his great grandchildren, Casey, Ross, Noah, Sophie, Easton, Abby, Oliver and Harper; and his siblings, Otis Dunning (Marie) and Audean Halley.
