He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul and Mary Elizabeth Webb Ross; and his brothers, Charles Ross, Dale Ross, Jerry Ross, Roy Ross and Tony Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Marlene Woodard Ross of McKenzie, TN; his sons, Patrick Ross (Anita) and Anthony Ross (Amber) of McKenzie; and his siblings, Betty Ridley, Ann Hill, Deborah Wilkes, Sheila Bynum and Robert Ross. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
