He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Russell and Marsha Freeman Russell. He is survived by: his daughters, Cassie Scott (Kevin) of Beech Bluff, Veronica Balius (Mike) of Jackson and Brittany Russell of Burns; his siblings, Carol Brush of Jackson and Chuck Russell (Margaret) of Hendersonville; and his grandchildren, Tyler Scott, Knox Scott, Blaine Russell and Cora Brown.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (16 N McTyeire St, McKenzie, TN 38201). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
