He is survived by: his wife Sandra Napier Wilkes; his sons, Charlie Wilkes (Jennifer) and Justin Wilkes (Courtney); his siblings, Barbara Allen and Billy Wilkes (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Madison Ezell (Brandon) of McKenzie, Hunter Wilkes of McKenzie and Waylon Wilkes of McKenzie.
