It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Martin Adams of McKenzie, Tennessee, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Caywood Martin and Mary Grace Aden Martin; and her husband Charles Codie Adams. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Michael Adams of Birmingham, AL, Dr. Kevin Adams (Kim) of Clarksville, TN, Jay Adams (Holly) of Richland, MI and Clay Adams of McKenzie, TN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
