She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Wiles Pace and Robert Evans Pace, Sr.; her husband James Regent Tate, Sr.; and her siblings, Robert Pace, Randall Pace, Ophelia Phillips and Mary Jo Manley.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Gentry (Norman) of McEwen, TN, James Tate, Jr. (Pam) of Dickson, TN, David Tate (Dondi) of Cincinnati, OH, Brenda Schmidt (David) of Tennessee Ridge, TN, Linda Nichols (Andy) of Erin, TN, Jeff Tate (Sandra) of Dickson, TN, Sharon Tate (Harlan Carson) of McEwen, TN and Timmy Tate (Cookie) of McEwen, TN; and her siblings, Gary Pace of McEwen, TN, Geraldine Curtis of McEwen, TN and Ronnie Pace (Linda) of McEwen, TN. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
