He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rice and Lottie Rice. He is survived by: his children, Maggie Tucker (Greg) of Dickson, TN and Lee Rice (Hailey) of Brush Creek, TN.. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
