Though Rowe may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rowe touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rice and Lottie Rice. He is survived by: his children, Maggie Tucker (Greg) of Dickson, TN and Lee Rice (Hailey) of Brush Creek, TN.. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spann Funeral Home (1961 Hwy 48 N, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
