He was predeceased by: his daughter Janice Elaine Cochran; his parents, Robert and Pauline Gertrude Primm Cochran; his siblings, Brother Claggett (late Patricia Cochran) and Sue Winfrey Vaughn; his sister-in-law Sherry Cochran; and his nieces and nephews, Tina Cochran Baker, Tammy Cochran Miller, Lorie Winfrey O'Neil, Charles Pendergrass, Carroll Pendergrass and DeWayne Winfrey.
He is survived by: his wife Mable; his children, Penny Kay Norville (Tim) of Bartlett, TN, Jessica Renee Daniel (Rick) of LaVergne, TN., Wesley Reece Cochran of McEwen, TN and Leslie Lee Cochran (Lisa) of Clarksville, TN.; his grandchildren, Justin Keith Hill, Robert Reece Norville, Michael Timothy Norville, Daniel Elam Norville, Grayden Lee Cochran, Zadie Michelle Cochran, Kaylee Beth Cochran and Wheston Reece Cochran; and his siblings, Allen Cochran (Sherri), Larry Cochran (Patsy), Gary Cochran, Craig Cochran (Angie), Barbara Pendergrass (Gerald), Linda Peters (Buster), Vickey Harness and Sheila Rollins (Mike). He is also survived by 34 nieces and Nephews, 8 great nieces and many nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews.
