He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Tester and Lula Curtis Tester; and his sister Wilma Fay Tester. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Tester of McEwen, TN; his children, Malinda Tester of McEwen, TN and Dennis Tester (Amy) of Waverly, TN; his siblings, Jimmie Tester, Carlton Tester (Cindy) of New Johnsonville, TN and Regena Jackson (Danny) of McEwen; and his great grandchild Paisley.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Foundation for the Blind, or to Oak Grove Baptist Church in McEwen, TN.
