He is survived by: his wife Diana Curtis Neely of McEwen, TN; his sons, Jeffery Scott Neely (Tammy) of McEwen, TN and Jeremy Craig Neely of McEwen, TN; his sister June Shaffer of Lyles, TN; and his niece Cynthia Crowell of McEwen, TN. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren 7 Step Grandchildren 4 Great Grandchildren.
